1. What countries do you ship to?
Antigua and Barbuda, Bermuda, Bahamas, Dominica, Jamaica,  Guyana, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis Anguilla, St. Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago,Virgin Islands (British), Virgin Islands (U.s.) and Guadeloupe.

Please note that you are responsible for any country-specific taxes and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items.
 
2. What shipping methods do you offer for regional orders?
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping starts from $10BUSD. Price will increase base on the weight of the package.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping starts from $20USD. Price will increase base on the weight of the package.
 
3. When will my order ship?
Local orders place before 9AM will be shipped on the same day and orders placed after 9AM will be shipped on the following day.
Regional orders will be shipped 24 business hours after the order was placed. 
If additional processing time is needed, our Customer Care team will reach out regarding any delays. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.
 
4. How long would my order take?
Express Shipping - usually shipped within 24 business hours and arrives within 3-4 days via DHL.
Standard Shipping - usually shipped within 24 business hours and arrives within 3-4 weeks via the post office (Parcel Post).
 
5. How can I pay for my order?
  • Orders can be paid Cash on Delivery (COD) and our SMART delivery service will collect the amount shown on the COD invoice.

6. How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.
 
7. What currency is displayed?
We display all prices in BBD. When placing an order online, you will want to take into consideration the conversion from BBD to your country's currency. Depending on your country's currency, the price paid at checkout may differ from the amount deducted from your bank account.

Similarly, all refunds will be issued in BBD and will be converted to your country’s currency when processing through your bank.
 
8.When will I be refunded?
A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 3-5 business days after your return is received at our store. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts. We won't leave you hanging!
 
9. Can I use more than one Promo Code on an order?
Unfortunately, our system is set up so that we can only apply one Promo Code per order. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates, make sure to save them for use on your next order!
 
10. Will my package require a signature or additional fees upon delivery?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the taxes and duties imposed on your order by the your government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.
